NATURAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Working in limited-resource environments and current problems, we have to seek the suitable approach and the creative solutions for reducing the environmental impacts. Our programs of natural resource management aim to support and work with local practitioners with the participating youths, university students and lifelong learners, independent researchers and international academics. All participants can come up with the possible ideas and research topics to address challenges in local natural resource management systems. This allows for a more educated idea about some of the natural resource management inequalities that exist around the world, whilst highlighting the importance of innovation in finding local knowledge and creative ideas with local solutions to local problems. As our key purpose, youths, university students and lifelong learners, independent researchers and international academics  can also expect to improve communication skills, something critical for a career in natural resource management.

We also invite students to explore some of the natural world’s more pressing issues, especially in natural resource management. A combination of volunteering days and field trips visiting important environmental, rehabilitation and recycling projects provide an enriching experience for youths, university students and lifelong learners, independent researchers and international academics to learn, research and understand the impact that local and national solutions can have to global problems.

Our natural resource management programs provide a platform for students to:

  • Participate in the active learning and fieldwork programs for gaining comprehensive understanding of ecological sciences, environmental education, geoscience, wildlife conservation, habitat and forest restoration and natural resource  management.

  • Participate in local classroom lectures, seminars and workshops with youths, university students and lifelong learners and international academics.

  • Have a meeting room for set up the public speaking and discussions with government officials, local researchers and academics

  • Explore and learn the local knowledge to gain a comprehensive understanding and insightful information of history, politics, economics, languages, cultures, food, norms, social issues and educational structures in Thailand, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and England.
